Customised / Personalised Items

Certain items can be personalised; if this option is offered, you can select the options during the check-out process. 


Important note: Please review your spelling and personalised details carefully before finalising your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.


Ordering Customised Products:

  • How to Order: Customisation options are available on the product page. Select the product, choose the available options, and then add the item to your cart.
  • Important Considerations: Due to the specific processing requirements for personalised orders, changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your spelling and selections carefully before confirming your order.
  • Name &/or Number Limitations: There may be restrictions on particular names &/or number combinations


Processing and Shipping:

  • Extended Processing Times: Customised items require additional time to produce, resulting in extended processing times. This will be clearly noted on the product page. Typically, expect an additional 3-5 days beyond the standard processing time.
  • Delay in Shipping: If your order contains multiple items, your entire order will be sent once your personalised/customised item has been processed.
  • Shipping: Once your custom item is ready, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply.


Returns and Exchanges:

  • Limited Returns: Due to their personalised nature, customised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are defects in the product's material or workmanship, see how to return a faulty item.
