How Much Does Shipping Cost?
To find out the shipping cost for your order, please proceed through checkout, as it is calculated per order and depend on factors such as weight, size, and the shipping option selected.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking link. This link will provide updated shipping information once your order has been processed and is en route.
Processing Times:
Typically, orders are processed within 3 working days. Please allow additional time for personalised/customised orders. Special orders are shipped directly from the supplier and take longer to process.

*We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for domestic orders (AU) orders above 150 aud.
This excludes deliveries of large/bulky orders which may incur additional charges.
Important: The cut-off time for Express and Premium delivery is 12 PM AEST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed on the next working day.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Orders shipped outside of Australia are subject to customs, duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. See Customs and Taxes for International orders for more information.
Important:
- We recommend checking with your local government website for detailed information as these charges can vary significantly.
- If applicable, you’ll be notified of the amount due. Once paid, your order can be released by customs. Failure to pay will result in the package being returned to the sender.
Can I Send an Item as a Gift?
Yes, you can send your order as a gift. During the checkout process, select the option to ship to a different address.
Please note: If it is an international delivery, the recipient is responsible for any custom/duty charges.
