Customized jerseys have an additional production time of 3 working days, on top of the selected shipping option. Additionally, these orders are final – they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
Please note that during busy periods, processing may take longer. This delay is in addition to shipping timeframes.

Processing and Shipping
- Extended Processing Times:
Customized items require additional time to produce, resulting in extended processing periods. This will be clearly noted on the product page. Typically, you can expect up to 3 working days beyond the standard processing time. - Delay in Shipping:
If your order includes multiple items, the entire order will be shipped once the customized item has been completed. - Shipping:
Once your customized item is ready, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply.
Returns and Exchanges
- Limited Returns:
Due to their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect in the product's material or workmanship.
