Customized item

Customized jerseys have an additional production time of 3 working days, on top of the selected shipping option. Additionally, these orders are final – they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
Please note that during busy periods, processing may take longer. This delay is in addition to shipping timeframes.


Ordering Customized Products

  • How to Order:
    Customization options are available on the product page. Select the product, choose from the available options, and then add the item to your cart.
  • Important Considerations:
    Due to the specific processing requirements for personalized orders, changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your spelling and selections carefully before placing your order.

Processing and Shipping

  • Extended Processing Times:
    Customized items require additional time to produce, resulting in extended processing periods. This will be clearly noted on the product page. Typically, you can expect up to 3 working days beyond the standard processing time.
  • Delay in Shipping:
    If your order includes multiple items, the entire order will be shipped once the customized item has been completed.
  • Shipping:
    Once your customized item is ready, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Limited Returns:
    Due to their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a defect in the product's material or workmanship.
